Technically, they're not even using the right word. It should be concours without the e, short for concours d'elegance.

    From the Merrium-Webster online dictionary:

    Concours d'elegance

a show or contest of vehicles and accessories in which the entries are judged chiefly on excellence of appearance and turnout. From the French concours d'lgance, literally, competition of elegance.

    Concourse

1: an act or process of coming together and merging
2: a meeting produced by voluntary or spontaneous coming together
3a: an open space where roads or paths meet
3b: an open space or hall (as in a railroad terminal) where crowds gather

Sorry for being so picky but I see this all the time and for some reason , it drives me nuts.

Beautiful car until you pop the hood. I'd easily pay 2 grand for it. Maybe even 3. Course that's to ensure enough wiggle room to undo everything they did to it. Like replacing all the blue crap and redoing all the hoses and fuel lines that they probably got from the ricer aisle at autozone.

"Shore is Purtty" but really I do wish they were commanding a 1/3 of that price.

They need to get off the crack rock. They are nuts to ask that much. maybe they just don't want to sell it. " honestly Honey, nobody wants to buy my car"

I'm only a few miles from this address. If anyone has a serious interest I can go look.

Lots to like but the price is crazy. The things that bugged me were the blue PS and the flexhose.

It says the 550hp motor cost $27,000 to build. :dollar: :dollar: :dollar: :dollar: :dollar: :dollar: :dollar: :dollar:

You could build two 850hp TA motors for less than that.

I tried to stop by and look at this car today during their advertised business hours. Nobody around and all closed up. Looked through the windows. The car looks pretty nice on the outside from what I could see, but 55K!! The place looks pretty unorganized and is not very clean. I really wanted to get a look at the data plate and vin.

Maybe I will try again next week?
