Has the convertible had a frame off resto?

If so what year?

What year was it painted?

 

No frame off resto,it was just repainted sometime in the `90s from the previous owner but the paint is immaculate as is all the chrome,the frame and floor are 100% solid,original body panels and floors and trunk pan,the car was parked for years in a garage the 69k miles is 100% true.
