after a week or so of waiting for payment and the promise of it being sent....to be told it hasnt.....this item is "again" available for sale.... no digs to the admin, but the I am interested or first posting "I have dibs" thingy, is once again not a gauranteed sale and should be looked at in greater detail before giving folks a hard time for sellnig to others that inquired later.. best and thanks.... john
John, I emailed you to tell you I would like to come pick it up in 2 weeks when I would be down by you for the Jefferson car show. That all of a sudden means I dont want it? Why pay for shipping when I am going to be rite down by you? After being such an A$$, you can keep it.
you have an interesting recollection of things.... you first pressed hard wanting to meet me at jefferson which I told you I no longer attend as it is too far to travel for the "lack of quality buick stuff there". further , you expect me to drive an hour to sell you a $35 book ? you dont want to spend for actual shipping but will waste that twice over in time and gas??? you then pressed to come to my house ,spend the day, see my car, root through my parts and pick up the book, which I said was not possible until mid november due to work schedule and fall work on my cottage up north which is negating my weekends at this time. I was crystal clear that I did not have time to put a list of '67 parts together for you until then as well............ you then said you were sending payment for the book, as we had exchanged addresses. a week passed and I simply emailed asking if payment had been sent as I had not yet received [you being also being in wisc.] it and that folks were asking if it was still available. you then began asking about meeting at jefferson again... you may want to rethink who the A$$ is here. I dont know what it is about these car forums lately.... everyone wants what another has and cant wait to get it.... yet many seldom ever follow through with payment.
