Rally Wheel Centers [I recently purchased a set from Year One for my 67 skylark with the silver bird on a red background.The2003 catalouge shows the bird cap MR 103 fits a 1966 &69 skylark when in fact it is correct for 1967-68 skylarks.I confirmed this information with the Year One order desk,who looked up the info in a 1967 skylark options list.There are two bird caps shown ,check to make sure you are getting the correct ones.Good luck.

Hey Brett, Those are nice!! Are the part #'s the same for the screw on and riveted backs? Are the silver NOS available very often? I have been looking for a set of four, and realize these two are spoken for, but would like more info on part #'s and availability if possible. Thanks!!
James, I'm pretty sure the retainers have different part numbers. I'm not sure but I think one or the other (retainers) is an earlier type. Either way, as long as they stay on the wheels, that's all that really matters to me... :Brow: Once they're on, no one sees them anyway, right?
I have this set from Arizona,no pits and they are bright and shiny. They have the screw in retainers and one is bad. Also one cracked center. Nice price on the NOS pair! These are now $85.00 for the set and that includes shipping. Peace WildBill

James, i can do that. The clips are very good with only one missing "fingers". I think you can get repro centers and then these would almost look NOS. Peace WildBill
In the 70's this style cap was comprised of 3 parts. The bezel,medellion and retainer. In the late 70's and early 80's,over time, the 3 parts superseeded to 1 part number. The cap is a 1242017,the early one had a rivited retainer the later was screw on. The retainer stayed the same #1242018. DW
Just my .02 , I just recently purchased a NOS set of these for my 72 Stage 1 Suncoupe and they have the rivited backs 225.00 for all 4 NIB . The ebay price is a little higher but I bought several; NOS parts from the seller at the same time .
