I've just picked up a 66 Skylark with the factory 14" steel wheels and hubcaps. I want to upgrade to 15x7 wheels and was thinking about going with 235/60/15 tires. Anyone have any insight or suggestions on whether this wheel and tire combo will work without changing the suspension ride height or having to roll the quarter panel and fender lip to avoid rubbing?

No problem, as long as the wheel backspace is correct. What wheel are you using?
The 15x7 Buick rally wheels have 4-3/8" backspace. That puts the rear tire a little closer to the outside fender lip than it does to the inside fenderwell. It'll be fine with a 235/60 tire. A 255/60 tire can get snug if the rear isn't perfectly centered on the body, but will often fit.
The aftermarket 15x7 Buick rally wheels only have 4" backspace, that's going the wrong way.
4-1/2" to 5" backspace is near ideal for a 15x7 wheel.

@wkillgs thank you for your response. This helps me a great deal as owning and wrenching on my 66 is all new to me but I'm enjoying learning process.
