Hi! i have a '66 riviera standing infront of my house. my question is how i can make shure it has the original engine in it? it should be all original, but i wan't to be shure. and sorry if my english is bad, i don't ge to speak it a lot here in finland =).
The last six digits of the VIN number from the car the engine originally came from will be stamped on the block as part of the engine serial number. Compare them to the VIN number of the car in your driveway. If they're the same them the engine was originally installed in that car. If not, then it's not.
