In checking the operation of my switch pitch, I found that it wasn't working in idle, even though the switch on the throttle linkage was working perfectly. Seems that it collapses under the load of the amperage once it connected to the transmission. Worked perfectly if I disconnect the wire to the transmission. Anyway, after how many thousands of ons and offs, I guess it didn't owe me anything!! Anyone have a replacement? NOS would be wonderful of course but I am looking for a good condition usable switch. Please note that I am NOT looking for the kickdown switch. This is the small micro switch hooked up to the throttle linkage near the firewall.
