So here are the bucket seats that came with my car. The backs are metal and one is covered with vinyl. The tracks for both seats work very well and the overall condition compared to some I've seen on Ebay is pretty good. I'm looking to get $300 for them and would prefer selling them to folks on this forum. Not sure how much shipping will be...perhaps someone can assist with information here... Scott
I usually ship them in 5 boxes.......each cushion in a box and then ship the pedestals separate since they have sharp corners and can easily puncture a box if left on the lower cushion....they will ship FedEx easily once broken down.:TU:
You can ship them in 2 boxes, i do it all the time. Go to U haul, get 2 "large microwave box" they sell, take the tracks off, wrap them seperate in some carboard, and wrap the hole seat in cardbaord and they fit in the box folded. Stuff some news paper in ther so the seat doesnt slide around...Fedex will ship them for 50 or so each, ive shipped 50 seats and never had an issue The microwave box is the right size and its almost like they made it for the seats...
