I have a '65 Buick Wildcat that needs either a new set of wheels or the ones that are on it need to be stripped and chromed. They are in excellent shape, except there is some rust that won't polish out. Any suggestions about where to get new ones or where the best place is to get the ones that I have chromed? <!-- / message -->
