I've got a '65 wildcat chassis under my '50 4dr sedan body. The driveshaft turns about 3-1/8 times to 1 revolution of the rear wheel. Can anyone tell me what the actual gearing is? 3.11? 3.08? Thanks, Chris
Judging from my parts book I'd say it's most likely 3.07:1. The other available ratios that were close would be 2.78 and 3.23 if my info is correct. Devon
3.07 sounds about right because the driveshaft was closer to my reference mark (6 o'clock)than it was to 90' past(9 o'clock). Thanks for the info! Chris
