I'm trying to figure out why this auction is going for a higher amount. Am I missing something? With the exception of the possible floor rot in the rear floor pan and the split seats, this car looks excellent? Isn't this a $10000+ car? 257,000 miles! wow! Only thing that keeps me away is the shipping cost from San Fran to StL. Been there done that....don't wanna do it again. Of course I could fly out and drive it home:grin:
Yeah...I hear that. I had my '59 shipped about 1300 miles and that was about 50 cents a gallon ago. I can only imagine what this would cost! I do have a brother in LA.......maybe......
