I parked my car last night in the garage, and after turning ignition off, I turned key to the left for the accessory to check a light under the dash!!! And it would not turn back to vertical off position, you can pull the key out in any of these old cars. What is the deal with my switch??? I have other sets of keys, they all start the car, but I have not used the original, I don't think this would make any difference. Key will not turn switch back to middle, anymore force and I would break off key in ignition. This is a weird o No: one????????????? Any ideas?? Regards, Brad
the tumbler is made from soft pot-metal,its worn out, you have to replace the switch its not that hard to do :TU:
