Is the cam in a stock 65 GS the same as any other non GS 401's for that year? If not what is the difference? Thanks for any information.................. Len
Yes, it's the same cam as other 401's for 65-66. The 425 used a different cam with closer lobe separation.....109 deg vs 114 deg for the normal cams. This was in the GSCA newsletter a long time ago. Info comes from Dennis Manner:
