This '65 GS just showed up on ebay and it looks just like the one that was on a couple of weeks ago but I think was in Florida . Now it shows it's in Texas ? Don't know how to post a link but here's the ebay item # 181154493712 . Car looks great BUT if you study the pictures real close it looks a little suspect plus if it is the same car , and if I'm right , how did it get to Texas from Florida to another dealer and I don't think it sold on the first auction but not sure . I'd love a GS with this color combination but I don't think this one . The only other car I saw with this same combination was years ago and it belonged to Steve Shuman and was stored at that time by his wife ( Steve had passed away ) but it didn't look even close to this good . It looks more than a little suspect. Pretty pictures but there is a lot wrong with the quality of that car. And of course, the description is typical of a dealer...... Just the facts, nothing more. My guess is an in-person inspection would be very disappointing.
Agreed, it seems the grill and tail light bezels have plenty of pitting, which leads me to believe there is much more lurking just below the surface. uzzled:
