So as the title stated I need a turn signal switch for my '65 electra, It does have a tilt wheel. I'm not sure if theres any nos parts or will I have to find one out of a yard, or is there a way to convert to another type thats easier to find.. thanks in advance
Did the bake-a-lite crumble in your hand like mine did? Not a very good feeling. I thought it would be easy to dissasemble and clean. From what I understand the tilts are different. I have a tilt in my '65 Cat. The entire switch is on a spring loaded slide that moves with the tilt. Obviously a tilt switch from a Wildcat or Le Sabre will work too. I think a yard or ebay is your best bet. I have seen them on ebay, but not very often. If you have the cornering lights, your search just got more difficult as it is a different switch too. It is the same switch with additional posts for the cornering lights. You might send a PM to TOPCAT. He's pretty good at finding parts. Rick
