Hmm. My 65 LeSabre didnt have one, now that doesn't mean it shouldn't have had one, but I didn't take one off from it. Was this standard on all cars or A/C cars or what?
It came on A/C cars. It will also require a different radiator hold down. They are much easier to find than the shroud. Your LeSabre probably has a standard 4 blade fan and no shroud, like my Cat did. I now have a 7 blade clutched fan and a shroud because I added A/C. The change in airflow across the radiator is strong. It may not be as important for you boys up north, but 5:00 traffic in the Houston summer is a killer. If I didn't have a shroud I'd be willing to pay $100+ for that one even though it has a crack. Rick

UGGHH, Don't ask. I haven't done squat in a longer time than I want to admit. I've got the body off the frame, and need to climb under there and wire wheel and paint the underside. Need to fix the trunk rot too. I've been collecting misc. parts and pieces for years. I've got time now, just need to light a fire under my butt and get to it.
