64 Special, is dash shell removable?

    I need to replace dash shell and cannot tell if it is bolt on or welded in?
    Anybody know how to R&R? Bottom drivers side is rusted out and DVAC has the shell available, but don't want to order it and find out beyond my capabilities.

    The stamped sheet metal part of the dash is welded in the '64.
