I have a full front clip for 1964 Skylark that I had planned on keeping for back up to restore my modifications back to stock but... I was also thinking about makeing it into a desk for safe keeping (we did a desk once out of a 1950 Chevy front clip and it was way cool). I am running out of money and space so I am now thinking about selling all or parts. The front clip is in parts but all is there with only rust holes in the lower corners of the fenders. The hood has a small dent (front center) but I will repair if wanted. Good driver quality chrome. I also have good solid doors for 2 door hardtop. Fenders, hood and doors are spendy to ship but these parts are too good to scrap.
I would be very interested in the door panels.(If you would separate them?) I am restoring a 64 Lark convert. I have been looking for some door panels for about 6 months. My interior is currently at Legendary Auto Interiors in New York and what I need are the perimeter clips that hold the panels to the door. (So color is not an issue). These are the metal strips (for lack of a better word) that run down the front and back and across the bottom of the door that have the little pins sticking out. MP
Hood, fenders, inner fenders, hinges, core support, battery tray is bad but all the mounting brackets are good, grille, head lights and mounts, head light grilles, hood latch, center latch / grille support and both fender spears. You can see a couple of rust areas in the typical lower fenders. One was cut from previous owner when he started to restore then gave up. The one inner fender has a rust hole from the washer fluid jar. Also a few small dents. The grille and head light sets are at the chrome shop so I will have to get them back to make this a complete clip. Sorry no door panels and the doors are now on hold for local buyer. $400.00 for complete set plus shipping. It may be best to assemble and strap to pallet for shipping. I will do what is best to protect or load your truck.
I would be interested in the chrome parts........grille fender spears etc..............No sheet metal way too expensive to ship. Pm me what you would want for those parts. Also when you get some pics of those parts please forward them to BEGIENKO@aol.com. Thanks.
