NOS, new or used... doesn't matter as long as it works. It's the switch that fits on the bottom of the steering column (non-tilt). Has a triangular connector. I'd like to post an image of the piece but for some reason the board won't let me... however if anyone has something that they think is the correct part I can email you the photo for verification.
