Hi - Over the winter I did some mechanical work to my 64 LeSabre convertible. It has a 300 cu in 4 bbl, ST 400... I took the PS pump off, cleaned it, painted it and it sat on the shelf for some 3 months... I reinstalled it and now I have no PS (I did before). I took off the high pressure fitting and played with the flow control valve (?) - I did move back & forth. I made sure all hoses are clear. Still after a 2nd reassembly - no PS... I'm looking for suggestions, or ideas, or a used PS pump assembly. Any help you provide would be very appreciated... (In the picture - I have since removed the Oldsmobile hub caps and installed the original set)... Matt
I installed a new 'used' PS pump from another LeSabre. 'Fixed' the PS problem. Good news is that I now have a PS pump to rebuild... Matt
