Wow!! Just over 1/4 acre and a smallish older home. That would be $150,000 maybe around here, even with the car!
Yeah location is dictating the price, just between Toronto and Newmarket (Vaugan Mills). You can buy the 200 acre farm across the road from me for $529,000, house, barn, out buildings etc. and a lot of room for Buicks:laugh: Bruce
It's all what you want in life. To me, a location that's conveniently located to a city or two is a detraction from the property! There are probably way too many people close by to this house. 2 1/2 to 3 hours to Portland Or. or Seattle WA. is going to have to work for me for now. Maybe when I retire I can move to North Idaho or Northwest Montana again!
