I hope that $250 would be an overpayment for that car.

"Sir I will gladly pay you $100.00 for the grille in the 63 Wildcat shown in your current Ebay sale. However if I have to take the rest of the car with it I can only pay you $50.00."

 

I'd say the convertible frame is the only thing worth saving.

 

The frame is probably frozen for time.....but the bootwell trim and the windshield header stainless is $$ parts.
