'63 riv tilt column "bowden" cable

hi . customer lookin for this cable for a retired gm dealers own car he's workin on . small cable that runs down column from fulcrum @ turn signal area and controls tilt/telescopic feature . his info called it a "bowden" cable . i'm not familiar with that . just lookin for any leads / info etc . or a good riv forum for parts ? thanks for any help - mucho appreciated .
