Just thought I'd put an apb before tackling some rust remediation. Car overall really just a matter of scattered surface and a few minute pinholes, except for lower well on drivers' side being tad more extensive. Pretty much typical area that is affected, but figured I'd throw it out there by chance there's one requiring degree less if not any metal work. Gladly take in any leads for suppliers as well....
Re: Any '63 Lesabre front fenders floating around in the Buick ocean? There is nothing reproduced. I'm sure there is a rust free fender out there somewhere. I would think about repairing what you have. Have it blasted or dip stripped to make sure you get all the rust out. In 25 years of owing a 63, I have seen a total of three NOS sheetmetal body parts. Good luck! Chris
Re: Any '63 Lesabre front fenders floating around in the Buick ocean? Thanks Chris, yea I'll just have to knuckledown and work with what I have...some labor involved, but nothing a little Por and some sticking can't handle. My old girls got good bones, so well worth it. Research directed me to some pretty good materials thru Eastwood that should make process alot smoother.
