Hi everybody. I am changing the top on my 61 Electra 225 Conv and want to restore the frame at the same time. Does anybody know which parts of the frame should be flat black and which should be chromed? I have looked at several frames and seen many different combination. Could it depend on which assembly plant made the car? / Hans
