I am working to restore my 1968 Electra (in case my name didn't give it away) and the last position my front seat was left in was fully reclined (15 years ago). Now it sounds like the motor(s) are trying to turn, but it won't budge the seat and with the seat in the fully reclined position, I can't get to the rear bolts to remove it and work on it appropriately.
