I hate the stacks, but otherwise, that's mighty slick. :TU: What year did they actually make trucks? Were they converted coupes like some of the other makes (Hudson is one I'm thinking of)
Buick last made them in the 1920s. So I think they made them for 10-20 years. There was something on the Board once about a one truck off or something like that made around the late 30s I thought.
It seems they fit the top half of the cab from a 1955-59 Chevy/GMC pickup with the small back window. The doors look like Buick bottom and Chevy window frame. The pickup had a much smaller rocker panel. Looks like a lot of work!
We need to find out who that is and get him to register on the board. I think it is a slick looking truck,but I agree the stacks are a bit...
