   Is the 5 bolt pattern 4 3/4 inch?
   Basically, will the Riviera wheel fit the "A" body cars?

   Nope, pretty sure the Riveria wheels are a 5" bolt pattern while the Skylarks are a 4 3/4" bolt circle.
