John Interested in your engine. I'm just north of Youngstown Oh. I have a Chevy 454 that has a fairly fresh rebuild to stock specs ~ 8-10k miles on it. Engine is complete carb to pan or I can hook u up with my local guy that has some BBC chevy stuff ready to be assembled that we could probably work something out with. email me at Msharkf2@aol.com thanks Mark
Hello Doug, Not sure what you mean by build? The pistons are aftermarket hypereutectic dish pistons not sure of the make but not stock.
Hey Mark, I'm looking for a BBC, But not a stock one though sorry. I will listen to what your local guy has as of BBC stuff. I just want To use my BIG SHOT NITROUS SYSTEM to the MAX!!! LOL! THANKS JOHN P.S. But there is one member ahead of you as of now. I will be in touch with you if he passes up or if he is just not interested.
What are you looking for in a chevy?? I might be willing to trade a 421 stroker. It is fresh. internal balance crank - crower rods - ross pistons GM original bowtie iron heads - heavly ported with 2.08 1.60 valves Vic JR manifold 10.7 Comp Crower 1.6 rockers Solid roller - custom howards cam - lifters - pushrods. Not dyno tested yet but it's almost identical to my other 421 and it made 606HP plus a 200 shot. Built on chevy 509 casting block but it is sonic tested and girdeled. Eagle crank
