I need a 455 dipstick tube that does not bolt to the engine and sticks out of the block about 8". I know TA makes them, but I don't want to spend $60 on it. Thanks Jim
A couple years ago I bought a universal dip stick tube from autozone. It was chrome. You could cut it to length. I also bought a mini tube bender to make it the shape I needed. I think all total it was about $20 with the bender cant remember the brand of the tube.
