455 block concern?

Questions. Concerns. Curious as to know if anyone knows if this looks normal. Jagged edges somewhat sharp edges by the lifters. Thanks ray

 

Ray, that's pretty normal.

 

Most grind out the slag (Jagged edges) when in the rebuilding process.. Till then its normal

 

Looks like every block I have done, if this is getting a real rebuild where it's going to get a proper bath and scrubbing, just take s carbide burr and have fun smoothing and rounding then off.
