Not much by way of progress has happened lately, with the overtime at work and life in the way, but I did manage to snag some more goodies for the Cutlass yesterday. I got a screamin' deal on a Quick Performance drop in 9" rear end for the g body. 31 spline axles, 3.50 gear and a spool. It came with springs, air bags, shocks, adjustable upper and lower control arms. I have some concern about putting a lot of miles on the tubular control arms with chromoly ends, as I understand they could be prone to bending? The car is no trailer queen, and it sees miles when the weather is nice. I would hate for an Indiana pot hole to ruin a set of control arms some day. What does everybody else run on their cars that see the road frequently?
