    Hey guys,
I'm currently building my first engine, a '69 430. For the valvetrain I was thinking of using the stock rocker setup with '70 and up lifters and hybrid pushrods, and blocked off oil passages to the heads. Is this the best way to go? Or better to oil through the head?
Next question: I would really like this thing to run on pump gas. Will polishing the chambers in the heads be enough? I really don't have a lot of money for machine work such as decking the block and cutting an intake to match it. I suppose cam choice affects this, too? Any help GREATLY appreciated!
