425 Identification

Does anyone have a complete listing of all the different ID numbers used for the 425 engine in the 3 years it was made? I know that a '66 with a Quadrajet has MW on it. Did all the '64 and '65 425's come with 2-4's, or did they also come with a single 4bbl.?
