4-speed is leaking

    Ran the motor for a few minutes to set it up and noticed there is oil coming out of the back of the 4-speed. Its in neutral and there is no driveshaft. Does the driveshaft somehow keep oil in or do I have bigger issues. BTW its a fresh rebuild.

    gotta have a driveshaft in to seal the rear of the tranny or oil can come out at will

    there should be a little cap you can get that fits on the end and prevents that little leak
