Hey gang, my engine builder and myself are getting ready to drill and tap my 455 block for the 4 extra studs for the TA alumunum heads. I have the drill jig from TA, but was hoping you guys could give me any pieces of advice, any trial and errors or what to watch out for. I'm hoping this will be a straight forward process, but I'm a bit nervous. Thanks

Make sure you drill straight, even a slight , and I mean slight angle will make it very difficult to put the heads on with studs. Jim Burek
