I'm about to put in my four barrel set up in my 59. I was going to use a rochester 4 jet carb off a 57. I'm thinking I want a new carb. Which ones will fit on my manifold, or will I need an adapter? Will I end up with problems because of the starter under the gas pedal?
I have a 60 lesabre, im not sure about the difference between the 2. In mine the starter isnt under the gas pedal its actually on the carb. Im using a carter 2982 but i think originaly it was supossed to have the 2981. Hope that helps.
