Out of '72 Skylark. I bought it for my '70 Wagoneer. Engine is in Phoenix sitting in custom engine cradle for Buick 350 guy sells on the bay. 4bbl. High volume water pump. Oil pump kit. 200 amp alternator, new. Have the original breather, some non-AC brackets, the starter is here. Have the adapter ring to mate w/ TH-400. Have a Holley here. Have extra 4 bbl intake manifold. I pulled the valve covers and all the rockers have the yellow markings from a build. Must have been fairly recent. Everything looks fresh and new. I started it after bringing it home and it sounded really good. Primed oil pump with tool before starting. This one is the tube/solid pushrods. Made 80 lbs pressure. All the cylinders had good and similar pressure while cranking. I'd say this engine is a strong runner as the father/son duo were really into Buicks. His dad pulled this from his driver for a 455. Been in my garage for years now. Had to part with project so must go to someone else. I collected all the brackets and pulleys off the Bay for A/C and bought a brand new compressor. It is clean, no grease on it. Just dust. Never finished the jeep and I've had a death in family and am losing house so everything has had to go. I've been a member since I bought the jeep in the wayback but probably have never posted anything. Prepared to have to sacrifice to get her to a new home before end of month. Come with truck, pls just be fair with me. I have a hoist. You can call or txt six oh two eight one 6 twelve seventyfive. Patrick
Also sorry to hear of the loss. What's the status of the Wagoneer? Also, who made the engine cradle &/or could you post a pic of the decal on it?
