350 RH Exhaust Manifold - From a 71 also a heat shield for LH side

This is a freshly cleaned and tanked 71 350 RH exh manifold #1236336. Fits other years too. Also have a heat shield for the driver side.

Will manifold and heat shield work on a 69 skylark 350 2bbl? 69 rh manifold part number(from parts book) is 1381760 . I think the number you have for the 71 manifold is the casting number which is different than part number. I dont have 69 heat shield number. Thanks

 

Hi. Yes those are casting numbers and mine is correct for 71-73. Yours is for 68-70. Mine (1236336) will bolt up on a 69 but the difference between the 69 and 71 RH manifold will be with the exhaust pipe side flange. See the 8th pic from the top. See how its ready for a pipe to bolt directly to it? The earlier ones had an exhaust valve between the manifold and exhaust pipe which made the manifold flange flat rather than the look of picture 8. I'm not sure of the difference in the heat shield/collector between those years.

 

Thanks for the quick reply and info. I think I'll continue to look for the 68-70 manifold. I dont want to replace my new exhaust.

Looks like I only have the heatshield left. Manifold has been sold.
