I'd like to spiff-up the engine compartment of my '72 Skylark. Looking for a pair of chrome valve covers for a 350. Used would be fine if their in good shape. Any other chrome stuff too, like air cleaner top or pullies etc.
i have a set of the japan made covers and breathers that im not using $30+shipping. i put them on and decided to go with alum. covers instead, they were only on for a few weeks and the car wasnt driven.
Thanks for the quick reply. I'm not familiar with "Japan made". Do they look stock? Also you say you have breathers. The drivers side has a breather and an oil fill cap opening. Is this the same as yours?
ebay chrome valve covers heres a pic of the chrome valve covers i bought off ebay. they look nice on them.. slightly taller than stock but the everyday guy wouldnt notice.

im betting they would clear for roller rockers. these are atleast 3/8 taller than stock. or atleast mine are.. tape up the valve covers when you install the bolts. if u look at mine u can clearly see i didnt . oh well i dont plan on using these for to much longer lol. dont use rubber gaskets. i used them twice and they keep cracking and drying up around the bolt holes. have fun with the pass side bottom back bolt on the valve cover. its a tight fit due to the taller cover.
