I had 2 of these, this one was on the car until a few days ag0, the one i had powder coated so this one can go to new operator. The heater hose fitting in front was sealed when i bought it from another board member about 7 years ago, and it was painted Chevy orange of all things. Never gave me an issue, was on my 350 for about 30,000 miles.
well i can't say wrong but by the 231 that was in my wagon has the inlet in front of the intake, so the fact that this one was already there worked fine for my purposes....
