350-2 carburater

    I would like to switch to a 4 brl do I need to switch intakes or will and adapter do. What is a good carb to switch to. Not expensive but good quality. How about rbuilt ?

    Yes, you need to switch intakes. The best intake for the 350 is the aluminum Stage1 intake by TA Performance, however it is pricey. Look for a stock cast iron intake for the 350. Put a thread in the parts wanted section of this BB. As far as a carb goes, look for a Buick Q-jet, then have it rebuilt. 7042244, 7042245, 7042944(72-350 carbs) 7041544, 7041245(71-350 carbs) 7040245,7040244(70-350 carbs) That should give you a place to start.
