So I'm rebuilding my carb, and find that once off the intake the metal baffle plate that is supposed to be between carb. and intake on my 65 Skylark 300 is no longer!!??

Where can I buy a replacement and new gasket?? Have done some looking online but no luck so far.

    Any help is much appreciated.

Do you mean the throttle plates / linkage ?! Do you have a picture ?
I have the same carb . It's pretty much complete so let me know .
    I'm in Missouri .

Sorry for the confusion on my part Kevin . My 64' 300 only had the base-plate gasket (intake to carb) , no heat shield . Is it item " I " on the parts picture ?

I'm not familiar with the 300, just the 401/425. If the intake has a shallow cast channel under the carb, then yes item "I" (part #372607S) is what you need. Exhaust gas is routed through here to prevent "carb icing". The isolator plate keeps the hot corrosive exhaust gasses away from the aluminum carb base.
