Which one do you need? The 64 engine used aluminum intake and heads, and the intake will bolt onto a 64 engine, without modifications. The 65-67 were cast iron, and bolt onto those year engines with no modifications. The 64 aluminum intake can be made to work on the later engines, but I do not know the specifics. I am not sure if the 65 cast intake will work on a 64 engine. Please get back with the year you need. :beer I believe I still have a 64 intake somewhere in my basement, but I think it is missing the rear heater hose outlet. I am in Canada, so shipping could be a deal breaker.
