Well, as some of you may remember, I was asking about options on my '65 Skylark's 355 Wildcat motor. Well, originally I wanted performance, but this car is my daily, so I can't justify the price of fuel. Now, I'd like to clean up the motor and modify it for efficiency, reliablity and a little bit of show. Does anyone have any tips, or know any good stores for this? Thanks.
Generally, a bit of performance will give you better milage. Now for the gas saving tip ... lift your foot .... Frank
Look into the 200 4r Transmission, has overdrive. It sounds like you can get more mileage out of it. I am considering it right now.
