I thought i heard that he will take your orginal deistributer and replace the internals with MSD parts and rebuilds the disrtibuter then recurves it to match your set up. how much does he charge and is he still around the board. Thanks also does any one have an extra 300 distributer laying around that they would like to part with thanks.

    Adam,
Current pricing for an MSD magnetic trigger conversion with a Crane adjustable vacuum advance is 150.00. Just go to www.davessmallbodyheis.com All the info you need is there. E-mail him at the address at the end of the page, and ask for a spec sheet. He will send it to you. Then print it out, fill in the info about your combination, send the distributor, and a postal money order, and that's it. He will send you pictures for your approval when it is done, then ship it back to you priority mail.

    Hey Adam,

I just had my stock distributor recurved and points replaced with the Pertronix conversion. I did the Pertronix a while back (it's easy) and the recurve cost me about $50-60 from a local guy here in CT. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I have 3 extra 300 distibutors. If you're interested, maybe I can get one of mine curved and sent to you. You'll have to install the pertronix - or I suppose I could even do it for you too if you want to pay for the kit etc. The guy that does the distributors does them on the side so it might take 2-3 weeks. If you're interested let me know and we can discuss. My direct e-mail is grnlark@cox.net.

Matt, I'm curious to see how that lasts. How long have you been running it?
