300 block and a 200 4R

I have found just about every part I need to build a nice 300 but I still need to change the transmission. I would like to put a
200 4R in it but I don't know enough about these trannys. What I really need to know is, will it bolt right up to the 300 block or is there a kit or fabrication that I need?

 

The 200-4r will bolt up to a 300 Buick, that engine shares the same bell housing as the 350and 455 engines. Jim Burek P.A.E. ENTERPRISES
