    okay I know its not a buick, I got a great deal on a 280zx roller and want to put my extra sbb in it. They make kits to put sbc in these cars so are the motor mounts in the exact same location or will there be extra fab work to be done. This will be a Wicked car when done...

    Check out hybridz.com, I have thought about this swap myself. Better than a SBC because the distribuor is in the right place.

    That was my exact reason. my biggest prob with sbc is the distributer. That paired with awsome torque. The 280zx weight distribution and independant rear suspension with posi make it a great pair.:TU:

    There was a Supra on the board here search for it!!! It was for sale for CHEEP, it fit nice and too bad he never got it onthe road he was SO close... it was to be a drifting car...

    If you do want to do the 280zx anyway then look up Buick v6 swaps and see how they did it! If a buick v6 works then so does a 350 just need a bit more room onthe front and in steering areas possibly.
