   I have a 70 skylark w/ a v8-350
   I'm going to put a TA310 Cam but they recommend a "2500-3000 stall converter"
   where can i get one for a fair price? TA has some high prices, unless i'm not familiar and those prices are pretty good.

   When it comes to converters, you usually get what you pay for. When picking a converter, engine torque, vehicle weight, and rear gearing all factor into what it will stall in YOUR combination. I think TA Performance will be a good place to call for a recommendation as to what you will need. They are familiar with Buick engines and what works with what.
