Tin tag is missing but it should be a 7020043 4jet from a 61-63 Skylark. This is a parts carburetor, butterflies are stuck, there is a float assembly in the bag and only a couple screws are holding the top plate on. Not sure why it is like this, it was with a bunch of parts I bought. $20 plus shipping. Thanks.
